Terms and Conditions of the Rental Service

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the rental service offered by MiniAventurerosMenorca, through its website and contact channels, for the temporary supply of baby equipment in Menorca.



1. Provider Identity



2. Purpose of the Contract

This contract aims to regulate the temporary rental of baby items such as strollers, cribs, high chairs, car seats, and similar items, in accordance with the conditions described for each product.



3. Rental Duration

The customer will select the rental duration when making the reservation. The rental period begins on the agreed date and time of delivery and ends on the date and time of pickup indicated in the reservation.

Any changes to the period must be communicated and approved in advance by MinisandgoMenorca.



4. Delivery and Collection

  • The delivery and collection of the equipment will take place at the agreed location (home, accommodation, airport, or other).
  • The customer must be present at the time of delivery and collection or designate a responsible person.
  • Please check the condition of the equipment at the time of delivery.


5. Use of the Equipment

  • The customer agrees to use the rented equipment appropriately and under their own responsibility.
  • The equipment must not be transferred, sublet, or used for purposes other than those intended.
  • Modifying or tampering with the product is prohibited.


6. Condition of the Equipment

All equipment is delivered clean, disinfected, and in optimal working condition.

In case of malfunction or defect, it must be reported immediately for replacement or resolution.

Any damage, breakage, or loss not attributable to normal use may be charged to the customer.



7. Price and Payment Method

The rental price is indicated on the website or in the provided estimate.

Payment can be made through the available methods (bank transfer, Bizum, cash, or others).

The reservation is confirmed once the full payment or agreed deposit is received.



8. Cancellations

  • Cancellations notified at least 72 hours before the rental start will be fully refunded.
  • If canceled between 24 and 72 hours before, 50% will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.


9. Liability

MinisandgoMenorca is not responsible for damages or accidents resulting from improper use of the rented items. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure proper installation and use, especially for items such as car seats.



10. Data Protection

The personal data provided by the customer will be processed in accordance with current regulations. You can consult our Data Protection Policy for more information.



11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any conflict, both parties submit to the courts of Menorca.
